Hi, I’m Adam Stevens, a working voice actor and the person behind this site.
I record voiceover professionally from my own home studio, and over the years I’ve spent a fair amount of money figuring out what gear actually matters and what’s a waste: which microphones earn their keep, which “essentials” you can skip, and how to make an ordinary room sound professional without spending a fortune.
This site is where I share what I’ve learned, written for people building their own setup, whether you’re recording your first audition or upgrading a studio you already work in. Every recommendation comes from real use or careful research.
